About our Meetings

What/Where/When

• Our meetings are every Tuesday, start at 12:15pm and end at 1:30pm.

• We meet at The  Assistance League of Diablo Valley building

  • 2711 Buena Vista Ave

  • Walnut Creek, CA 94597

• To attend a meeting, you can just show up and our greeter will assist you.

• If you are a local visiting Rotarian, simply show up like you do at any other meeting.

• If you are a visiting Rotarian from a distance, we'd love to exchange banners with you.  Please use the "Contact Us" form to let us know you are coming.  The button is located at he bottom of each page of this website.

• If you are new to Rotary, please click the "Joining Rotary" button at the bottom of the page.  No commitment, just let us know you are interested.

• Full buffet lunch is provided.  

  • Cost for lunch is currently $25.00

  • Lunch for first-time visitors interested in joining is complementary

• Dress code is business casual

• Meeting starts at 12:30 with a though of the day, then the pledge of allegiance.

• Immediately followed, we have a guest speaker.  So can see our calendar page to see who is scheduled to speak at our meetings.

• The speaker usually speaks to about 1pm.

• From about 1pm to 1:30, we conduct Club business and announcements.

• We end the meeting with a raffle at 1:30.
